1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ez96 ("we", "us", "our",the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ez96 online gaming platform accessible at https://ez96.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

ez96 is operated by an entity holding a valid international gaming licence under the jurisdiction of Curaçao. 3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ez96, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. ez96 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where this requirement is not met.
• You are registering as an individual player in a personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or employee of another person or entity.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not prohibited from accessing or using online gambling services under the laws of your country, state, province, or territory of residence.
• You are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, including any jurisdiction currently listed on ez96's restricted territories list.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of ez96 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or terminated by ez96 for breach of these Terms.

4Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one Account on the ez96 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. ez96 reserves the right to verify this information at any time. As part of our licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance programme, we implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that may require you to submit:

• Proof of Identity: A valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days).
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet registered to your name, bank statement header).
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-value transactions or where required by our compliance team, documentation evidencing the lawful source of deposited funds.

Withdrawals above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. ez96 shall not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or pending KYC documentation. All submitted documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5Terms of Use

By using the ez96 Platform, you agree to access and use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. The following general terms of use apply at all times:

• You will only use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You will not use the Platform to conduct any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your Account. ez96 provides no guarantee of winnings.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to ez96 at registration and throughout the use of your Account.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that ez96 reserves the right to void Bets or adjust Account balances in the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or demonstrable abuse of the Platform.
• You agree that decisions made by the ez96 management team in relation to disputes, complaints, and interpretations of these Terms are final, subject to our formal complaints procedure.

The Platform is accessible from mobile and desktop browsers optimised for Malaysian users. ez96 supports a mobile-first experience and regularly updates the platform to maintain performance across iOS and Android devices.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ez96 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players based in Malaysia:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC-20), BNB (BEP-20)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to minimum equivalents as stated on the deposit page. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. ez96 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving any withdrawal. We target withdrawal processing within the same business day for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times.

7Bonuses & Promotions

ez96 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal, recreational use by one player per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10×, 20×, 30×) will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited if the requirement is not met within the stated period.
• ez96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Where ez96 reasonably determines that a Player is exploiting bonuses (including through low-risk betting strategies, hedging, arbitrage, or systematic bonus abuse), ez96 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
• The Birthday Bonus is credited once per calendar year to verified Accounts. Tier-based amounts (Bronze: MYR 188, Silver: MYR 388, Gold: MYR 888 VIP: MYR 2,688) are subject to standard wagering requirements.
• The Referral Programme reward of MYR 38 per successful referral is credited upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit. Both the referer and referee must maintain accounts in good standing.
• The Crypto Deposit Bonus of2% (up to MYR 688) applies to qualifying cryptocurrency deposits and is subject to standard bonus terms.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ez96 Platform. Game-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game interface:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Once a bet is accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, bets in progress at the time of the failure will be settled in accordance with ez96's technical fault policy, which aims to be fair to both the Platform and the Player.
• Sports bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as verified by the official governing body. ez96 uses independently sourced data for live bet settlement.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. ez96 shall not be liable for bets placed on suspended or incorrectly priced markets caused by data feed errors.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selected events to win for a full payout. Void selections may reduce the parlay to fewer legs at revised odds.
• ez96 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits, maximum win limits, or to decline any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where it suspects irregular betting patterns.
• All Games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live Dealer Games are played in real time with human dealers. Neither the Platform nor any Game studio guarantees specific outcomes.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ez96 Platform. Any Player found engaging in these activities will have their Account immediately suspended and may be permanently banned, with all funds subject to forfeiture:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through another person, for any purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game, including chip-dumping in poker-style games.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your Account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the dispute with ez96 support.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting algorithms, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from ez96.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner that constitutes abuse, including through coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their illicit origin.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or manipulate the Platform's software, systems, or odds.

ez96 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigating any suspected prohibited activities. In serious cases, account information may be disclosed to relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ez96 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, source code, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ez96 or its licenced content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without written permission;
• Using ez96 branding or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without prior written consent;
• Scraping, data-mining, or extracting content from the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Reverse engineering any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ez96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winings;
• Loss of data or loss of Account access due to technical failures outside our reasonable control;
• Damages arising from third-party payment processing delays or errors;
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ez96 endeavours to maintain high platform availability and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

In no event shall ez96's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Responsible Gambling

ez96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools all registered players, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and automatic session timeouts to manage your playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the Effective Date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact the ez96 customer support team to attempt an informal resolution of any dispute. ez96 is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly through our internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter to our licensing authority in accordance with the dispute resolution process set out in our licence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
